I have always loved all the stamps by Katzelkraft and especially the unique and funny expressions that the characters have...I wanted the stamped image of the meerkat to be the main focus of my card so I used stencils and Oxide inks to create the background....
On the front panel I first used MFT Radiating Rays stencil and the following Oxide inks - squeezed lemonade, mustard seed, carved pumpkin and spiced marmalade and then used the MFT Grassy Edge stencil and lucky clover Oxide ink near the base to create an area where I would place the stamped image...
On a separate piece of cardstock, stamped and coloured in the image using alcohol markers then cut cut it out and placed on my card front using some adhesive craft foam...the sentiment has been stamped on a small white banner and to embellish my card I have added a few clear confetti sequins..
