This month's
challenge moodboard at Scrapbook Boutique is all about spots and dots...I was interested in creating something really colourful but I didn't get good results so I pulled out my polka dot turn about stamp and created the black and white dotty background for my card....
This is the moodboard for this month's challenge and as you can see, I chose to incorporate the black and white polka dot and the mushrooms on my card...
Once my dotty background was ready and adhered to a plain white card base, I stamped the fairy and mushroom images onto a piece of white cardstock and coloured them in...I cut them out and placed them on the card front...
For the sentiment,I die cut a picture fame from silver glitter cardstock as well as white cardstock and layered them...I stamped the sentiment on a white panel and added it to the inside of this frame...I also added a tiny die cut red bow to this frame...
To embellish my card, I have added some silver confetti sequins and then some blue coloured pears on them...
