The card I'm sharing today is all in a single layer..no embellishments,no foam squares and no sentiment labels etc....just a simple front panel with a colourful background and some watercoloured images...
I die cut watercolour cardstock to size using a dotted rectangle die and then stamped the three elephant images using Versafine black ink...and since it is a pigment ink,I was able to heat emboss these images using a clear embossing powder...I coloured in the elephants using Gansai Tambi watercolour and the balloons with my Spectrum Aqua markers...once dry,I added masks to these images so I could create the background..
I have used Distress inks and the cloud stencil to create the background...the shades I have used are spiced marmalade, picked raspberry, wilted violet, salty ocean, twisted citron and abandoned coral...I then mixed a tiny bit of perfect pearls gold powder with water and splattered it on this panel and once dry,I adhered it to a plain white card base...
I stamped the sentiment on one of the balloons and added some shine on all the images using Nuvo sparkle pen...I also added some glaze on the balloons...
Thank you for stopping by to take a look at my card....Hope you will have lovely & blessed day ahead...!!
