3 Cards - Girl n Boy,Reindeer Among Clouds And Large Blue Snowflake

Yet again I'm sharing three cards that have nothing in common except that they are all Christmas cards...the first card has a girl and a boy dressed up in winter gear and because we don't have summers at Christmastime in Australia,I am sending it to someone who will be having cold weather in the holidays...my second card does not have any stamped images and I have used a large snowflake die cut as the focal point of this card....and my third card has a cute reindeer floating in the clouds and I have heat embossed the large sentiment on this card...

I started my first card by sponging in some Distress Oxide ink on a white front panel and splattered some water for effect...I have used the following shades - wild honey, salty ocean, wilted violet and black soot...I also embossed a border on this panel using a dotted rectangle die...I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment using gold embossing powder and adhered this panel to a plain white card base...

On a separate piece of white cardstock I stamped and coloured in the boy and girl images and their winter accessories....I die cut them using coordinating dies and adhered them to the card front...I have used tiny red sequins in clusters of 3 to embellish my card...

I created my second card directly on the card front of a white card base....I first stamped some snowflakes using a very light blue ink shade from Altenew called Arctic and then used a border die by Li'l Inker Designs to die cut a panel from red glitter cardstock...I adhered this panel to the base of my card...

Then using Lawn Fawn's stitched snowflake die I die cut a large snowflake from blue glitter cardstock as well as blue foam and layered them before adhering them onto the card front...I also added a small snowflake at the top of the large one...

I am also entering this card in Time Out Challenge #98...and as you can see.I was inspired by the snowflake on the first Christmas stocking hanger in the inspiration image..

Now my third card was so much fun...I used Distress Inks and MFT Clouds stencil to create the background on a white front panel and then stamped and heat embossed the large sentiment  using gold embossing powder...I used the following shades of inks - tumbled glass blueprint sketch chipped sapphire wilted violet..

On a separate piece of white cardstock,I stamped the reindeer image by Clearly Besotted(jingle bells stamp set)...It's a kind of a layering stamp so there was no colouring required...I used Altenew mocha, crimson and tide blue dye inks for the coloured layers..I die cut this reindeer and adhered it to the card using some adhesive foam and finally to embellish my card,I have used red and green Nuvo drops and some glossy accents on the reindeer...
