The only thing that took a bit of time to make this card was the watercolour smoosh background that needed to dry....once that was done,the card came together pretty quickly....I have used another cute dog image using the Paper Smooches Woofers and Tweeters stamp set...
The card base is plain purple and the top layer has been die cut from watercolour paper using the stitched rectangle die....I then used cracked pistachio distress ink and water to create the smooshed background and quickly dried it with a heat gun...
I cut up strips from four different decorative tapes and adhered them to the top layer....the sentiment is stamped on a silver strip of cardstock and placed just above these tapes...
On a separate piece of white cardstock I stamped and coloured in the little dog image and then die cut it and placed it above the decorative tapes...
