Today I'm sharing a card with no layers at all....sometimes adding layers complicates a simple beautiful design and doesn't necessarily add much...
For this card I started by stamping a large swirly image using a brown pigment ink and then added clear embossing powder to heat emboss it....this would now resist the distress inks I used for the background...I started with a lighter shade of yellow and added the darker shade on the edges of the card...
I stamped the sentiment near the base of the card and added a few tiny rhinestones as well...
