Post#72 Birthday Balloons Card

I love making bright colourful cards for kids.....and this card was made with a special little person in mind...

The card base is plain white and so is the top layer....there is a 2 inch strip of paper coloured in with distress inks placed on the center of the top layer....then I attached a die cut word 'happy birthday' near the base of the card...

Then I die cut three balloons in bright colours and attached a string on each of them and placed them on the card using adhesive foam squares...
