I have some printed papers with beautiful watercolour effects on them and tend to use them quite often and I wanted to try making a similar paper/background for this card using Peerless Watercolours....
To create the first layer of the card I used a chevron stencil on top of the paper and started dabbing in a few different colours on the watercolour paper...I didn't want it to be perfect so did not bother much about stencilling it perfectly....
Once the watercolour was dry,I heat embossed the sentiment at the top and then attached three punched out banners in various sizes and colours to finish the card...
