My daughters and I have enjoyed making fringe cards....they are fun to make and the end result is always beautiful....but this time I wanted to try this technique on a tag...
I used two strips each of 3 different shades of pink....the topmost layer has to be a bit wider than the rest to leave some space for punching a hole for the ribbon....cut all these strips three quarters of the way to the top with fringe scissors...then attach these layers onto the die cut tag base starting from the bottom layer upwards...The sentiment was attached with a few mounting foam squares...
